They've been facing operational challenges for quite a while. I thought Blade Nzimande closed shop more than two years ago

They didn't bring the books to be audited over 3 years. Or more. N kept giving higher education excuses.

Imagine, you’ve worked tirelessly for years, juggling attending classes , doing assignments, writing exams, working part-time jobs, and life itself, thinking the finish line is finally in sight.… and then, boom! Registrations to be canceled. :crying:

The word must be spread out so that people don’t register with them in 2026.

About time no more diploma mills selling hope and stuffing pockets, compliance isn’t optional when people’s futures are at stake

If this forces real standards and protects students, Manamela deserves the credit

Next, they must cancel all these colleges that are popping up in each and every CBD in our towns. Fraudulent qualifications are being dished out daily there.

Poor management, the original owners made their profits, and now it's once revered institutions like Damelin go down. UNISA almost went off the rail, until some sensible person woke up to save it

So my 2008 Damelin diploma will be still valid though? Yes I don't use qualifications anymore to make money, but will be still valid?

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Damelin has gone to the dogs and still owe my father R1500.00 for non existent course of which the department of higher education knows about but they are doing fokol to help.

Those are far better than TVET colleges by the SA Government. Many people got employment after acquiring qualifications from there. How many are getting employed after attending useless TVETs
