Airbnb business is so interesting cause the units that were going for R25k last week are now going for R7k

Its called dynamic pricing based on supply and demand. It happens in almost the entire hospitality industry

Happens right across most retail & service markets during Dec period. Avoid the peer pressure to spend during this period and unleash your purchasing power from mid January. I have never looked back since I learnt this. I even get bumped up to business class at no extra cost :smiley:
