I paid for comfort and why am I getting a polo vivo?

one of the key highlights listed under Comfort is “premium product.”
The polo vivo I was in was not a premium product in any sense.
The ride was uncomfortable, the space was tight, and the overall experience did not match what’s being advertised.

This isn’t about wanting Black for Comfort prices it’s about the spec not matching the reality.

Bolt premium gives better cars for me than Uber comfort and their prices are usually similar or barely up to 2x so I just pay higher for my comfort

The price difference is so small, but the experience is completely different and not in a good way. Some of those cars are really not being looked after.

Even the people who request uber black. 60% of the times you are riding on a car that shouldnt be on uber black. but because all they want is money in the uber sandton offices, thats what you get. They bypass and add categories on cars that dont qualify for the. You need money.
