So a man was shot dead and his wife seriously wounded following a road rage incident in Emmarentia.
It turns out the wife reached out for a gun and the pursued man opened fire at the couple, who had kids travelling with them.
The little girl could be seen wailing uncontrollably while the distraught boy tries in vain to revive his father who lay lifeless in a pool of blood.
A permanent scar for the kids because adults couldn't contain their anger.
You should exercise the highest form of restraint on the roads especially when travelling with women and/or children.
At times the other guy just wants to prove a point and would escalate things physically.
Quite an anomaly that a woman was the instigator in this case.
Gun ownership is also a problem because some resort to it at the slightest provocation. It's just not worth it! Poor kids.
UPDATE: 58-year-old man has been arrested after a fatal road rage shooting in Emmarentia. One man was killed, a woman wounded and another injured. Suspect to appear in court on 21 April, facing murder and attempted murder charges.
UPDATE: The NPA has confirmed that it will not proceed with prosecution in the case of the man allegedly involved in Sunday’s deadly road rage incident in Emmarentia.
This is pending further investigations.
